Leadership for Change: It’s Time to Take a Place in Decision Mechanisms,

We are honored to invite you to the “1st International and National Nursing Leadership Congress” organized by the Association of Leadership in  Nursing (ALN), to be held in Eskişehir on November 28-29, 2024.

As stated in the 2020 State of the World’s Nursing Report published by the World Health Organization, “Strengthening nursing leadership plays a key role in ensuring that nurses have an effective role in health policy-making and decision-making processes, contributing to the efficiency of health and social care systems.” With this fundamental understanding, the congress, themed “Leading Change in Nursing,” will feature numerous national and international expert speakers sharing their knowledge and experiences under the main headings of “Leadership in Nursing Education,” “Leadership in Healthcare,” and “Leadership in Management.”

In this congress, where we aim to bring together colleagues from academia and practice with nursing students, there will be presentation sessions showcasing the work of our valued participants.

In our Congress, embarked with the mission of Leadership for Change, we welcome all colleagues and future colleagues (our students) who wish to discover their leadership potential, contribute to their work environment, colleagues, public health, national and global health policies, and continue their personal and professional development.
