Registration
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEES
- Participation in scientific activities in the main hall for 2 days, coffee breaks, and lunch.
- Congress materials: Name badge, certificate.
- Registration is required for those attending scientific sessions as listeners or wishing to participate as company representatives.
- Dalya Tourism reserves the right to revise registration and accommodation fees in case of significant inflation or increases in the Euro exchange rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing to Dalya Tur.
- Registration fees, accommodation fees, course fees, and similar fees paid within the scope of our event will not be refunded under any circumstances, except in cases of force majeure.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

For confirmation of symposium sponsorships, booth participations, satellite symposiums, and registration & accommodation and transfer requests, please send your requests in writing to Dalya Tourism Symposium & Organization Services via fax, mail, or email to yigit@dalyatur.com.

After receiving the confirmation email and completing the payment, the requested services, and sponsorships will become definitive and valid.
