Our vision

To create awareness about leadership in nursing both before and after graduation, and to enhance the leadership competencies of professional members,

To design, organize, and conduct courses, seminars, and certification programs related to leadership in nursing, and to support such activities,

To engage in scientific meetings, projects, and research related to leadership in nursing, and to support the implementation of such initiatives,

To become a member of national and international professional associations, institutions, and organizations related to nursing, and to collaborate with and participate in joint projects with these organizations,

To provide domestic and international opportunities for increasing the knowledge, skills, and experiences of nurses who are members of the association and are engaged in leadership studies in nursing.
